Seasons of Women's Wellness

The ideas for this series of little workshops came about as we rested in hammocks in a beautiful orange grove this autumn, contemplating the joys of life and the way we women cope with the cycles of the year and the subtle changes they bring within us.  How could we celebrate all that is good in life, the strength of our bodies, our limitless creative energy and our ability to always know our way forward through the changing seasons?  A day involving women’s wellness yoga, crafting mala bracelets in meaningful colours and a guided shamanic style journey meditation accompanied by drumbeat.  Of course.  Amongst other lovely things, such as nourishing freshly made soup, cake, flapjacks and fruit, choc and tea, we couldn’t think of a more wonderfully restful day.
